Therefore, the complete wording is as follows (the one from 05 17 2021 will be deleted):

In order to be able to test the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS- additional Procedure = F48) and Special Agreements (AAEE - additional Procedure = F49) schemes in production in the new declaration for low-value shipments H7, H7 test declarations will be allowed. IOSS or AAEE in production in the 9999 facility. Therefore:

- If an F48, IOSS is declared, the IOSS identifier included must be an alphanumeric 12 in length starting with IM.
- For AAEE, an F49 will be allowed to be declared, the system assuming that there is a current authorization for the declarant in the Decisions system.
