On 19 February, a new Single Entry Point for Requests for Control of Imports of Organic Products from Third Countries (PUE-ECOS) was put into operation (Measure TARIC 750 - ORGAN - Control of imports of organic products).  Please note that, in the case of tariff items included in measure TARIC 750 – ORGAN but not affected by Regulation (EU) 2018/848, the exemption code to be used in DE 12 03 (Supporting Document) of the customs declaration is Y929 Products not affected by Regulation (EU) 2018/848, which is essential for the measure to be considered complete.
