Revision 1.5 of the Export Web Services guide for the exchange of information between Operators and Customs in the new AES System (Automated Export System) is published. This guide collects messages from the external domain (communication between the Economic Operator and the Tax Agency) of the national component of the Automated Export System (AES), as well as the adaptations that may be necessary for the improvement of National Export Systems in line with the Union Customs Code (CAU). This new revision adds new chapters with useful information and some changes. The planned implementation schedule for the system is as follows:

• The Web Services of the new AES system, detailed in this technical guide, have been available in the test environment since November 10.
• From 04/22/2023, the Web Services of the AES system will be mandatory for use, since on that date the admission of EDIFACT messages from the ECS system is closed.
