9.11.4. Deduction for income derived from the sale of tangible assets produced in the Balearic Islands
Special regime for industrial, agricultural, livestock and fishing companies
This bonus will be applicable in the years 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028.

Amount
Taxpayers will apply a 10% bonus on the full rate corresponding to the income derived from the sale of tangible goods produced in the Balearic Islands that are typical of agricultural, livestock, industrial and fishing activities, in the latter case in relation to catches made in its fishing and aquaculture zone.
The percentage will increase to 25% in tax periods in which, in addition to meeting the requirement of maintaining employment, there is an increase in the average workforce of no less than one with respect to the average workforce of the previous tax period and said increase is maintained for at least a period of three years from the date of completion of the tax period in which this increased bonus is applied.

Requirements and conditions

That taxpayers determine the returns by the direct estimation method.

That the average workforce of the entity in said period is not less than the average workforce corresponding to the twelve months prior to the start of the first tax period in which the regime takes effect.
- This bonus will not apply to income derived from the sale of tangible goods produced in the Balearic Islands related to shipbuilding, synthetic fibres, the automobile industry, steel and coal industries.

Completion
The completion will be done in box 0508 of section M of the declaration "Calculation of the tax and result of the declaration" recording the reduced net income derived from the sale of tangible assets obtained in the Balearic Islands ##
If there has been an increase in the average workforce of no less than one unit compared to the average workforce for 2023, the box provided for this purpose will be checked.
