4.1.4.3. IMPORTANT: Steps to follow before moving to the "Previous Questions" tab
Once all the information relating to economic activities has been completed, you can continue with the following tabs starting with “Preliminary questions”.
Before accessing "Previous Questions", you must register all the activities you are going to start in case, after answering the questions, you decide:
-
Add a new activity.
-
Modify an existing activity.
The system will act as follows:
-
You will be asked to answer the "Previous Questions" again, as they are directly linked to the type of activity declared.
-
It will automatically recalculate the “Applicable Regimes” (VAT, PIT) and other resulting tax obligations.
-
It could also affect other sections, such as: “Withholdings and payments on account”, “Other taxes”, “Intra-community trade”, etc.
This means you will need to repeat the associated answers, and a new calculation of your tax situation and corresponding obligations will be generated.
In this case, Censos WEB will show you the following message:

Note: Restrictions on combined activities:
You will not be able to use WEB Censuses if you register one agricultural, livestock, forestry or fishing activity combined with other activities, such as services, jobs or accessory activities, activities of transformation or elaboration of products that require the registration in a specific activity section.
In these cases, the application allows “Export" the data already entered for subsequent submission using the general procedure with the Form 036.

By selecting the option “Export”, a file will be generated and automatically saved in the Downloads Folder of your device.
You will then need to access the Electronic Headquarters of the AEAT and submit the declaration through the procedure: “Model 036. Census declaration of registration, modification and cancellation.”
Model 036 allows “Import” files, which makes presentation easier if previously opted for exporting data from the Census WEB application.
