10.2.3.1 Registration in Cl@ve

It is necessary to register in the system by any of the following means:

  • By Internet at https://sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es/Sede/en_gb/clave.html with:

    • Certificate or electronic DNI .

    • Video call from a computer with a camera, microphone and speakers or mobile device.

    • CSV (Secure Verification Code) that appears in the invitation letter to the system that is received from AEAT (if the letter has not been received, you can request it).

  • In person in one of the offices of the Tax Agency or those accredited in the Cl@ve system of the rest of the Administration. To do this, request an appointment online or by calling 91 333 53 33, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday.

To make the request you will need your DNI and the validity date, permanent DNI and the date of issue or NIE and the document support number, as well as a mobile phone number (national or foreign owned) and an email account (optional).
