3.4.1 To whom is it applicable?

It applies generally to businesses and professionals who are not covered by the simplified method or the objective estimation method.

In any case, it applies if the turnover of all the activities exceeds €600,000 per year in the immediately preceding year or if the simplified direct estimate is waived.
