6.2.4.1 Accounting

Taxpayers who manufacture the gases subject to the tax, warehouse operators and intra-community purchasers of said gases, must keep accounts of them electronically.

You must fulfill this obligation through the Electronic Office of the State Tax Administration Agency within the month following the settlement period to which it refers.
