6.2.6.1 Accounting

Manufacturers of products subject to the tax are required to keep inventory records for this activity.

Intra-community purchasers of products subject to the tax are required to keep and present a stock register for this activity.

In both cases, compliance with this obligation must be carried out through the Electronic Office of the State Tax Administration Agency within the month following the settlement period to which it refers.
