Index 9. Corrective index in mussel production activity in rafts

Regulations: Instruction 2.3.i) of Annex I EITHERorder HAC/1347/2024, of November 28 (BOE November 30th)

New in 2025: Please note that from 1 January 2025, the activity of “mussel production in rafts” moves from Annex II to Annex I (agricultural, livestock and forestry activities) resulting in only the indices indicated below being applicable.

The index 0.90 will be applied when the activity is carried out with 3 or 4 trays.

The index 0.85 will be applied when the activity is carried out with 5 trays.

This corrective index will only be applicable to mussel farming activities in rafts.
