II.2.2.2. Without being subject to a customs regime, but with proof of Union status
Article 119, paragraph 3, of the AD
The Union goods they can circular from one point to another within the customs territory of the Union and temporarily out of said territory without be subject to a customs regime nor see its status altered if your status is accredited of Union goods in the following specific cases:

who have temporarily left the territory by air or sea;

which circulate under cover of a single transport document issued in a Member State without being transhipped outside the territory of the Union

which have been transhipped outside the territory of the Union by a means of transport other than that on which they were initially loaded, with the issue of a new transport document covering transport from outside the Union, provided that the new document is presented accompanied by a copy of the original single transport document;

that they are motor vehicles registered in a Member State;

if packaging, pallets and other similar equipment, other than containers, belonging to a person established in the Union are used to transport goods that have temporarily left the territory; or
-
that are goods carried by travelers or found in their luggage and are not intended for commercial purposes.
