Where it is necessary to prove the customs status of Union goods, as listed in Section II.2.3.2, and the Union goods have circulated in accordance with the movements described in Section II.2.2.2, one of the following means may be used to prove their Union status:
- he T2L or T2LF document (for further information, see sections II.3.2.1 and II.3.3.2);

he customs manifest of goods (for further information, see sections II.3.2.2 and II.3.3.3);

he shipping company manifest where all the codes of the goods are recorded (transitional provision; For further information, see sections II.3.2.2 and II.3.3.4);

the invoice or transport document duly completed and relating exclusively to Union goods, and bearing the code ‘T2L’ or ‘T2LF’, as the case may be (for further information, see sections II.3.2.4 and II.3.3.2);
