II.3.3.4.5. Irregularities-infractions

The shipping company must notify the competent authorities of the ports of departure and destination of any irregularities or violations it has observed. It will also be required to contribute to clarifying any violations or irregularities noted by the competent authorities at the ports of departure and destination.

If it is impossible to clarify the infringements or irregularities at the port of destination, the competent authorities of that port shall notify the competent authorities of the port of departure and the authority that issued the authorization, who shall then take the necessary measures.
