II.4.2.3. Shared chartering agreements

In the event of shared chartering agreements, the application for authorization to establish a regular maritime transport service must be submitted by the person (the lessor or charterer) who defines the regular service, i.e., who indicates the vessels to be assigned to the regular maritime transport and specifies the ports of call, or by his or her representative. The competent authorities may request any additional information they deem appropriate to process the request.
