III.3.3.2. Notification

Each country must inform the European Commission of the names and addresses of guarantors authorized to issue individual guarantees in the form of securities.

The list of authorized guarantors is shown in Annex III.7.1.

In the event of revocation of the authorization, the country responsible for the customs office of guarantee shall immediately inform the Commission and indicate the date on which it will become effective.

The Commission will inform the other countries accordingly.
