Articles 27 and 28 of the CAU
In the event of cancellation or revocation of the authorization, previously issued certificates may not be used to place goods under the common/Union transit procedure and must be returned without delay by the holder of the procedure to the customs office of guarantee.
The country responsible for the customs office of guarantee shall send the Commission the means to identify certificates that remain valid but have not yet been returned.
The Commission will inform the other countries accordingly.
