The holder of the regime will need authorization from the competent authorities to use special-model seals.

The use of special-design seals is a simplification subject to certain conditions (for further information, see Part VI, Section 3.3).

When special model seals are used, the holder of the system shall indicate in the declaration (box D) the brand, type and number of seals used. The seals must be placed before the goods are released.
