The customs office of departure shall provide the DAT with the NRM to the holder of the procedure or to the person presenting the goods at the customs office of departure. The DAT, supplemented by the LdA, if applicable, must accompany the goods during the transit operation.
Likewise, a declarant may print the DAT once the customs office of departure has granted its approval.
