IV.4.3. Procedures at the destination customs office
The following information is provided in this section:
- the presentation of the goods together with the documents at the customs office of destination (section IV.4.3.1);
- control of the completion of the regime (section IV.4.3.2).
In this section it is assumed that no discrepancies have occurred. Section IV.4.4 of this chapter indicates the measures to be taken if these have occurred.
Note: The completion of the transit procedure at the customs office of destination does not equate to its completion. It will be up to the customs office of departure to decide, based on the information provided by the customs office of destination, whether the transit procedure can be completed.
