IV.5.4.2. Internal transit regime of the Union

Articles 47, 50, 52 and 53 of the ADT

The internal Union transit procedure for goods subject to Article 188 of the AD is known as the T2F procedure and is applied as follows:

  • Transit Declaration:

The T2F code will be entered in box 1 of the transit declaration.

  • Air or sea company (transit declaration in paper format for goods transported by air and sea):

The T2F code will be entered on the corresponding manifest.

  • Airline or shipping company (electronic transport document/DTE as transit declaration for the
    use of the transit regime in relation to goods transported by air and sea):

The T2F code shall be entered for the Union goods in question.
