IX.2.2.4. Notification of decisions to restore access to the TIR regime

A Member State may have to revoke its decision to exclude a TIR Carnet holder or decide to re-grant the authorization. Obviously, in these cases too, it is important that all Member States be informed. For this purpose, the notification procedure mentioned above in section IX.2.2.3 shall also apply to these decisions.
