V.1.6.2. Departure: authorized shipper

Authorization by the customs authorities of the decision to resort to the business continuity procedure may be notified by the means previously agreed upon by the authorized consignor and said authorities.

The holder of the regime will complete a transit declaration on paper.

When the authorized consignor's computerized system is available again, that person shall inform the customs authorities and, if appropriate, provide detailed information on the paper documents used.
