V.3.3.1.2. Printing and completing the loading lists
Annexes B4 and B5 of Appendix III of the Convention
Annex 11 of the ADT
Chapters III and IV of Annex 72-04 of the AE
Loading lists may be used as a descriptive part of the SAD used as a transit declaration.
The use of loading lists will not affect obligations relating to dispatch/export procedures or any regime in force in the country of destination or applicable to the forms used for such procedures.
Only the front of the form may be used as a loading list.
The number of copies of the loading list must match the number of copies on the declaration form to which it refers.
ECONOMIC OPERATORS
|
| CUSTOMS The customs office of departure will record the registration number on the loading list. This number will be the same as the SAD to which it refers. The number must be recorded by means of a stamp with the name of the customs office of departure or by hand. In the latter case, it must be accompanied by the stamp from the customs office of departure. The signature of the customs officer is, however, optional. |
The competent authorities may allow the holder of the procedure to use special loading lists that do not meet all of the above conditions of loading lists.
These lists may only be used if:
- They are prepared by companies that use an electronic data processing system to maintain their commercial records;
- They are designed and completed in such a way that the competent authorities can use them without difficulty;
- They include, for each item, the information required in the ordinary loading lists.
When two or more loading lists accompany a single SAD, each of them shall include an order number assigned by the holder of the regime. The total number of loading lists must be indicated in box 4 of the SAD ("Loading List").
