The holder of the regime will need authorization from the competent authorities to use special-model seals.

The use of special-design seals is a simplification subject to certain conditions (for further information, see Part VI.3.3).

When these special seals are used, the holder of the system shall indicate in box D (/J) of the SAD or DAT, in the section "Seals affixed", the brand, type and number of seals used. The seals must be placed before the goods are released.
