VII.3.4.3. Cancellation of the "Request for Investigation" message (IE142)

If, for any reason, the competent authority of the country of departure decides to cancel the IE142 message, it must send the "Notification of Investigation Cancellation" (IE059) message to the requested customs office of destination so that it can stop its investigations.
