VII.5.2.4. T2L Documents

It is recommended to request verification of the T2L document when it has been submitted a posteriori exclusively to correct the effect of a T1 transit declaration.

The application should be automatic in cases where the T2L is submitted after several transit operations have been carried out under transit declarations issued in several countries.

On the other hand, two out of every thousand T2L documents presented at a given customs office will be subject to random inspection.
