VIII.2.4.4. Notification to the debtor

Article 116, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Appendix I to the Convention
Articles 102 and 108 to 112 of the CAU

The amount of the debt is communicated to the debtor, who must pay it according to the terms and conditions in force in the Contracting Party concerned.

As a general rule, this notification will not occur until everything is ready to initiate the collection procedure (82).
