VIII.3.4.4.1. Notification to the customs office of departure and guarantee in case of collection or finalization

The collection authority will inform the customs office of departure of the collection of duties and other charges by means of the message "Notification of Collection Execution" (IE152), so that the customs office of departure can send the same message to all customs offices involved in the movement. The sending of message IE152 by the customs office of departure will finalize the movement in the system.

In addition, the customs office of departure will inform the customs office of guarantee by means of the message "Credit reference amount" (IE209) and, if it has not already done so, the holder of the procedure by means of the messages "Notification of collection" (IE035) and "Notification of cancellation" (IE045).
