If a guarantor is notified that one of their client's transactions has not been finalized, the competent authority responsible for collection must inform them if the debt is subsequently collected (from the debtor) or if the procedure is subsequently finalized, by means of a "Cancellation Notice" (IE045) message or an equivalent notification.
