Form 480. Tax on Insurance Premiums. Annual Summary Tax Return.
With the purpose of adapting model 480 to the latest regulatory modifications and in order to facilitate compliance with the informative obligations inherent in its presentation, a new model 480 of “Tax on Insurance Premiums” has been approved. Annual Summary Statement.
As a novelty, the deadline for submitting this model will generally be until JANUARY 31.
With this draft Order, the following Orders are expected to be repealed:

Order of July 27, 2001 approving models 043, 044, 045, 181, 182, 190, 311, 371, 345, 480, 650, 652 and 651 in euros, as well as model 777, document entry or refund in the case of late and complementary declarations-settlements, and which establishes the obligation to necessarily use the models in euros from January 1, 2002.

Order of July 28, 1998 approving model 480 of the annual summary declaration of the Insurance Premium Tax and modifying the Order of January 22, 1997 approving model 420 of the declaration-settlement of the Tax on Insurance Premiums.
The new registration designs of the model, applicable for the years 2022 and following, are published on the electronic headquarters of the AEAT:
