New items published in the INFORMA programme during March

Hostess service, flight assistants, cabin crew and flight overloads, individuals who carry out their activity on their own account (rule 3,3 of the Instruction), are classified in the group 699 of the second section of the fees, -Other professionals related to transport and communications n.e.c.

The classification of the land rental activity will depend on the rating of the land to be leased (urban or rural). If it is an urban land, the lease of this type of land to a company dedicated to the development of charging infrastructures electric vehicle gas for installing charging points will be classified under heading 861,2, -Rental of industrial premises and other premises n.e.c. If it is a rural land, it will be classified in group 862, -Renting of rural real estate-both in the first section.

The hostesses of congresses, an individual who carries out his/her activity on his/her own behalf (Rule 3,3 of the Instruction), are classified as Group 899 of the second section of the fees,-Other professionals related to the services referred to in this notice.
