Sale of electronic cigarettes or vapors must be classified under 664,9 of the first section of the Rates -Retail sale of miscellaneous items n.e.c. By automatic devices, except food, beverages and tobacco. This is because this item corresponds to the nature of the item sold, since electronic cigarettes are a substitute item for tobacco that is missing.

Wholesale of electronic cigarettes must be classified under heading 619,9 of the first section of the Rates, -Wholesale of other products n.e.c.-. Registration under this wholesale trade heading entitles the retail sale of the same items in the same establishment where the wholesale sale is made.
