Auction and direct award no. 1/2023 of the Regional Office of Customs and Excise Duties of Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla

Notice of the start of the procedure for direct allotment of goods not awarded in auction 1/2023 of the Regional Delegation of Customs and II. EE of Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla.
Held the Public Auction No. 1/2023 on 31 May 2023, at the Málaga Desconcentrated headquarters of the Dependency regional Office of Customs and Excise Duties of the Tax Agency located on Manuel Agustín Heredia,1 Avenue in Málaga and having left without awarding the related lots in the corresponding annex is announced that the direct award procedure is open. The goods are deposited and available for examination, on 4 to 8 September, after making an appointment at the premises listed in Annex II.
The period for submitting tenders will be until 14: 00 on 11 September 2023. Offers must be presented in closed envelope in the general register of the Office of Customs and Excise Duties of Málaga, Avenida Manuel Agustín Heredia, 1 of that city.
The interested party must indicate their full name or company name or full name, tax identification number and address, contact phone number, batch number and bid (Annex IV). Must accompany the deposit constituted by means of a deposit of 5% of the type of auction of the goods for which you wish to bid in 100 Bank account no. 50 0182 5918 44 020 0999022 of the Tax Agency in BBVA, accompanied by the completed Annex III.
Upon conclusion of the direct award procedure, the award committee will return any deposits made, except those made by the winners, which will be applied toward the award price.
Successful bidders must pay the difference between the deposit and the bid price into the above-mentioned bank account within fifteen days following communication of the formalisation of the offer by the Board. Winners who do not do this will lose the amount of the deposit and will be required to compensate the Administration for any damages resulting from this failure to pay.
Once the period for the presentation of bids is over, within five business days the Board will proceed to verify the offers presented, and may consider, if relevant, that said offers are no longer fitting with the best economic conditions, and decide to extend the bid presentation period respecting the total limit of six months, calculated from the date on which the auction took place.
As for the conditions for this direct award, the provisions of the public auction no. 1/2023 will be complied with. With regard to the minimum award price, the provisions of article 107,5 of Royal Decree 939/2005 of 29 July will be applied, which approves the General Collection Regulation.
