Public Auction and direct award No. 1/2023 to be held at the Regional Office of Customs and Excise Duties of the Basque Country

Direct award No. 1/2023

Held the Public Auction No. 1/2023 on 28 June 2023, in the meeting room of the Delegation of the State Tax Administration Agency, located at Plaza Federico Moyua, number 3, in Bilbao, and having not yet awarded the lots in relation to Annex I, it is announced that the direct award procedure is open, at no minimum award price. The goods are deposited and available for examination on 18 to 21 September 2023, from 9: 00 to 14: 00 at the premises listed in Annex II, and an appointment must be requested. 

The period for submitting offers will be 14: 00 on 22 September 2023. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope in the general register of the Regional Office of the Tax Agency of the Basque Country at Plaza Federico Moyua 3, Bilbao.

The interested party must indicate their full name or company name or full name, tax identification number and address, contact phone number, batch number and bid (Appendix IV). It must accompany the deposit constituted by means of a deposit of 5% of the type of auction of the goods for which you wish to place in the bank account no. ES72 100 0182 1290 39 of the Tax Agency in BBVA, accompanied by the completed Annex III. 0200999023

Upon conclusion of the direct award procedure, the award committee will return any deposits made, except those made by the winners, which will be applied toward the award price. 

Within 15 calendar days from notification of the award decision made by the award committee, winners must deposit in the above-mentioned bank account the difference between the deposit made and the award price. Winners who do not do this will lose the amount of the deposit and will be required to compensate the Administration for any damages resulting from this failure to pay.

After the deadline for submitting tenders, the direct award desk will meet within five working days to proceed to verify the offers that have been submitted, and may consider, if applicable, that these offers are not adjusted at that time to the best economic conditions and decide to extend the period for submitting offers, respecting the total limit of six months, counted from the date of the auction. 

As for the conditions for this direct award, legal system, taxation, tenderers, expenses that will be borne by the successful bidders successful bidders, removal of foreclosed assets, claims and acceptance of conditions will be subject to the provisions of the terms and conditions for the public auction No. 1/2023.
