Specific obligations of the holders of establishments and activities subject to the permanent intervention regime
Holders of activities and premises subject to permanent intervention, in addition to the obligations set out in the previous section, will be obliged to:
- Allow uninterrupted material and documentary control of all inputs, self-consumption and outputs of first materials and other products and, in general, all the activity carried out in the establishment.
- This obligation extends to activities that may be carried out by people other than their account holder.
- Provide the intervention services with the premises, facilities and material necessary to carry out the intervention and to cover the costs involved.
- Provide the civil servants and agents of the Intervention, the premises, auxiliary staff and material necessary for the performance of their duties permanently.
