OEP authorized to the Tax Agency in RD 407/2022, of May 24, which approves the offer of public employment for the year 2022
On May 24, 2022, the Council of Ministers approved the largest public employment offer (OEP) in history for the General Administration of the State with which the Government intends to strengthen public policies by betting on quality public services, excellence of the Welfare State, for employment and people.
The EPO authorized to the State Tax Administration Agency, configured as a priority public sector within the framework of the policies to combat fraud and preserve tax justice for the maintenance of public services, is for the year 2022 of 2,633 positions (1,869 free shift and 764 internal promotion) for officials of assigned Corps and Specialties and own labor personnel.
This authorization responds, from a multi-year perspective, to the staff sizing and growth strategy defined in the Tax Agency's strategic plan for the period 2020-2023, with the new personnel requirements derived from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. and represents an increase of 23 percent of authorized places compared to the OEP 2021 and 54 percent compared to the OEP 2020.
The previously newly incorporated positions will, in turn, be increased with those assigned, within the framework of the general planning of the General Administration of the State and the needs of the Tax Agency itself, coming from the selective processes of Corps General or assigned to other Departments.
