Form 100. Personal Income Tax Return Declaration 2017

5. Personal and family details

These screens contain some of the personal and family data that are generally required to prepare the income tax return. These screens will appear successively, and you must enter the data required based on your personal and family circumstances.

The determination of the members of the family unit and the family circumstances will be made taking into account the situation existing on December 31 of each year, except in the case of death during the year of a member of the family unit, in which case the tax period will end and the tax will be accrued on the date of death.

It should also be noted that some regional deductions require other personal data that are requested on the screens intended for completing the "REGIONAL DEDUCTIONS FROM THE FEE".

Attention: Once the data relating to marital status, the existence or not of children who form part of the family unit, the consideration of the spouse as a non-resident who is not a taxpayer for personal income tax, the descendants who receive income (Child 1, Child 2, Child 3 and Child 4) have been confirmed, and the date of the taxpayer's death, upon exiting the wizard for completing personal data, they cannot be modified subsequently; any change will require starting a new declaration. This circumstance is noted by the program before its final confirmation by means of a verification screen prior to the completion of the completion of the personal data.
