11.1. Interest and repair and conservation expenses

The program will transfer to this annex the amounts corresponding to the interest on the capital invested in the acquisition or improvement of real estate and the expenses of repair and conservation thereof that appear in Section C of the declaration "Relation of real estate and derived income of the properties at the disposal of their owners, leased or transferred to third parties, or used for economic activities".
