3.4. Assistance services

To facilitate the preparation and filing of the personal income tax return, the Tax Agency provides taxpayers with the following support services:

Rent information

The Tax Information telephone service is available at 91 554 87 70 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Appointment for rent

• May 6 to June 30, 2025: The Tax Agency will be able to prepare your 2024 Income Tax Return by telephone (appointment requests from April 29 to June 27).

• June 2 to June 30, 2025: The Tax Agency will be able to prepare your 2024 Income Tax Return in person at its offices (appointment requests from May 29 to June 27).

The Autonomous Communities, cities with a Statute of Autonomy, and Local Authorities exercising their shared fiscal responsibility are collaborating with the State Tax Administration Agency in the 2024 Income Tax Campaign by preparing tax returns, as well as amending and confirming draft tax returns.
