3.4. Assistance services

To facilitate the preparation and filing of the personal income tax return, the Tax Agency provides taxpayers with the following support services:

Rent information

The basic tax information telephone service is available on the phone number 91 554 87 70 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday (until 3 p.m. in August).

Appointment for rent

• From May 6th, the Tax Agency will be able to prepare your 2025 Income Tax return by telephone (appointment requests can be made from April 29th to June 29th).

• From June 1st to June 30th, 2025: The Tax Agency can prepare your 2025 Income Tax return in person at its offices (appointments can be made from May 29th to June 29th).

The Autonomous Communities, cities with Statutes of Autonomy and Local Entities, in the exercise of their fiscal co-responsibility, collaborate with the State Tax Administration Agency in the 2025 Income Tax Campaign in the preparation of declarations, as well as in the modification and confirmation of draft declarations.
