Official calendar
Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations states in its article 30.7 that the General Administration of the State, subject to the official work calendar, will establish, in its respective scope, the calendar of non-business days for the purposes of calculating deadlines. On the other hand, as a novelty, the aforementioned Law in its article 30.2 excludes Saturdays from the calculation of deadlines.
In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned articles, you can consult the calendar of non-business days for 2024 .
Official date and time
Article 31.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations states that the electronic record of each Administration or Agency will be governed for the purposes of computing the deadlines, by the official date and time of the electronic access office, which must have the necessary security measures to guarantee its integrity and appear in an accessible and visible manner.
Likewise, article 11.1 f) of Royal Decree 203/2021, of March 30, which approves the Regulations for the action and operation of the public sector by electronic means , establishes that Electronic offices will indicate the official date and time for the purposes provided for in the previous paragraph.
Finally, article 15.2 of Royal Decree 4/2010, of January 8, which regulates the National Interoperability Scheme in the field of Electronic Administration states that the synchronization of The date and time will be carried out with the Royal Institute and Observatory of the Navy (hereinafter, ROA), in accordance with the provisions on legal time in Royal Decree 1308/1992, of October 23.
