Authorization/revocation of transfer of data to the Spanish Chamber of Commerce

The directories of foreign trade companies are the Spanish Exporters Directorate, managed by the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade (ICEX), and the Export and Import Companies Directorate, managed by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.

Operators who wish to do so may authorize the State Tax Administration Agency to transfer certain foreign trade statistical data to ICEX or the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, as well as revoke said authorization at any time. The purpose of this transfer is to ensure that companies that carry out foreign trade operations appear in the aforementioned directories.

In the case of the Chamber of Commerce Directory of Exporting and Importing Companies, the contact details of the company are listed, the range in which the value of its operations is found (< 100,000 euros, 100,000-1000,000 euros, > 1,000,000 euros), the code of the merchandise, the country of export/import, the year and the flow (export/import).

In the case of the ICEX directory of Spanish Exporters, the contact details and the sector of activity and the name of the parent company in Spain are listed.
