How to obtain a TOKEN (Temporary numerical key)
TOKEN is an identification system that allows you to obtain assistance or carry out procedures through the telephone channels of the Tax Agency (except for telephone assistance for the Income campaign) using a temporary 6-digit numerical code that will be valid for 1 hour from its obtaining. .
The TOKEN allows acting on one's own behalf or on behalf of third parties. If it is on behalf of third parties, it is necessary that the applicant have an electronic certificate of representative or that it appears in one of the following records of the Tax Agency: Registry of powers or Registry of inheritances and legal representations of minors and incapacitated persons.
Access to the TOKEN request requires identification via electronic certificate. You can find the TOKEN request by entering "Electronic Identification", "TOKEN".
To start the TOKEN request, click on "Obtaining the TOKEN" and select the electronic certificate with which you wish to identify yourself.
In the next window, the "Own Name" option is marked by default and the " NIF " box is completed with the NIF of the certificate holder.
If you check "Power of Attorney", "Succession" or "Voluntary representation in inspection procedure", you must fill out the NIF of the represented party.
Once the data has been indicated, click on "Request Token".
You will obtain a 6-digit numerical code, which you will have to provide to the telephone agent when requested, and its validity period will be 1 hour. In this same window, the data of the applicant and the represented person are reported.
