This tool provides you with information on how to apply for the NIF , the different models of census declarations, form, place of submission and reasons for submission, as well as documentation to be attached in each case.

With this tool you can consult how to carry out census procedures of a personal nature and/or those that affect the exercise of economic activities and their tax obligations, how to respond to requests or procedures received within the census verification procedures.

In addition to the census aspect, the document includes matters relating to identification and electronic signature systems, registration of powers of attorney and successors, as well as how to request and obtain tax certificates.

Depending on whether the response is satisfactory or not, you will be offered the following options:

• Obtaining a written copy in PDF format, for which it is necessary to authenticate with an electronic Certificate or with the Cl@ve system, and provide an email account to which the link to the corresponding PDF file will be sent.
• Access to a CHAT attended by specialists in the field, provided that it is within business hours and there are specialist agents available to assist you.
• Access to the "INFORMA+" Application, where you can register your question so that it can be analyzed by a team of specialists and they can respond to you in writing, for which it is necessary to authenticate yourself with an electronic Certificate or with the system Cl@ve .
