10.15.29. For public aid granted by the Generalitat by virtue of Order 5/2020

Taxpayers who have received public aid granted by the Generalitat under Order 5/2020, of June 8, of the Ministry of Territorial Policy, Public Works and Mobility, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the acquisition or electrification of urban bicycles and electric personal mobility vehicles, may deduct the amount resulting from applying the average general regional tax rate on said aid.
