Characteristics of Tabulated Special Matter

The Tabulated Special Matter (MET) module allows you to manage METs.

METs are labels for classifying files around those subjects that are special due to circumstances such as relevance, quantity, etc. Every MET must have, in addition to its characteristic name, a related issue.

METs are court or corporate level labels. Corporate-level METs can be used by any court. To use a MET from another court, you must be linked to it.

Access to the management of Tabulated Special Material is found in the Models, Components and MET, Tabulated Special Material menu.

The Tabulated Special Subject module allows you to perform the following actions:

  • Create MET
  • Show MET detail
  • Search MET
  • Modify basic MET data
  • Remove MET
  • Cancel MET
  • Reactivate MET
  • Modify model associated with a MET court
  • Add a court to the MET
  • Eliminate the MET tribunal

Special Tabulated Subject Permits

Reading actions

 

They can perform the following actions:

  • Search MET
  • Show MET detail

 

TEA type users on MET:

  • Corporate scope.
  • In the Court area, of the courts where they have some role in said area or in dependent elements such as working groups or bodies.

 

Writing actions

They can perform the following actions:

  • Create MET
  • Modify basic MET data
  • Remove MET
  • Cancel MET
  • Reactivate MET
  • Modify model associated with a MET court
  • Add a court to the MET
  • Eliminate the MET tribunal

Users with the Business Manager role on METS:

  • From the courts where the role is held.

The MET is considered to be from the court that first registered with it.

Additionally, if you have the Business Manager role in the Corporate area you will be able to:

  • Carry out actions on METS at the Corporate level
  • Carry out actions on METS at the court level

In addition, users with the Court-Scope Business Manager role will be able to perform the following actions on the METS of another court:

  • Add a court to the MET
  • Eliminate the MET tribunal
  • Modify model associated with a MET court

Tabulated Special Matter Actions

Search MET

Users with the permissions listed in Tabulated Special Subject Permissions can search for MET.

To perform the action the user has to access the menu Model, Components and MET, Management of Tabulated Special Material.

The Tabulated Special Matter search engine allows you to search and list METs for which you have permission.

The search engine allows you to filter the MET by the following fields: Name, Description, Visibility, Override Indicator and Questions.

Depending on the value selected in the Visibility field, and according to the user's permissions, the following will be offered:

  • If the selected visibility is Court the possibility of indicating the Court will be offered

Show MET detail 

Users with the permissions indicated in Tabulated Special Subject Permissions can access the MET details.

To perform the action, the user must first perform the Search MET action.

The detail of a MET shows the characteristics and status of the MET structured as follows: Name, Description, Visibility, Courts, Cancelled status indicator and Issue.

If access is in edit mode and the MET is not cancelled, the following actions will be enabled:

  • Modify MET data
  • Cancel a MET
  • Delete a MET

If access is in edit mode and the MET is disabled, the Basic Data cannot be modified and the following actions will be enabled:

  • Reactivate a MET
  • Delete a MET

Cancel MET

A MET can be overridden by users with the roles listed in Tabulated Special Subject Permissions.

To perform the action, the user must access the MET Detail where access to the cancel action is located. Then select the action using the Override button.

The following conditions are necessary to cancel a component:

  • Don't be cancelled.

The cancellation is reversible.

Reactivate MET

Users with the roles listed in Tabulated Special Subject Permissions can reactivate a MET.

To perform the action, the user must access the MET Detail where access to the reactivate action is located. Then select the action using the Reactivate button.

The necessary conditions for reactivating a MET are that it is cancelled.

Remove MET

A MET can be deleted by users with the roles listed in Special Subject Permissions Tabulated.

To perform the action, the user must access the MET Detail where access to the delete action is located. Then select the action using the Delete button.

The action is irreversible. After removal, MET will no longer be available.

The following conditions are necessary to eliminate a MET:

  • Not linked to a presentation.

Create MET

 

A MET can be created by users with the roles listed in Tabulated Special Subject Permissions.

To perform the action, the user must access the Search MET action where the access to Registration is located.

The user then fills in the MET data:

  • Choosing the name of the MET
  • Select the description of the MET
  • Choosing visibility
  • If the indicated visibility is court the option to select the court will be enabled.
  • Select Question

Complete the MET registration using the Save basic data button.

Modify basic data of a MET

 Users with the roles indicated in Tabulated Special Subject Permissions can modify the basic data of a MET.

To perform the action, the user must access the MET Detail where the access to the modify action is located.

All fields are modifiable except the canceled indicator and the visibility of a MET.

Modify model associated with a MET court 

Users with the roles indicated in Tabulated Special Subject Permissions can modify the models associated with a MET scope.

To perform the action, the user must access the MET Detail, then select the model for the desired court and linked to the MET.

Add court to MET

Courts can be added to the MET by users with the permissions listed in Tabulated Special Subject Permissions.

To perform the action, the user must access the MET Detail, then select the desired court in the Court field and select Save Basic Data.

Eliminate MET court

A court associated with a MET can be deleted by users with the permissions indicated in Tabulated Special Subject Permissions.

The following are necessary conditions for executing the action:

  • The court to be eliminated will not be the last court associated with the MET

If the Court is eliminated, it is the court that owns the MET, and the Court following in order of association with it will remain as the owner.
