9.11.4. Deduction for income derived from the sale of tangible assets produced in the Balearic Islands

Special regime for industrial, agricultural, livestock and fishing companies

This bonus will be applicable in the years 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028.

1. Amount

   Taxpayers will apply a bonus of 10% of the full quota corresponding to the income derived from the sale of tangible assets produced in the Balearic Islands that are typical of agricultural, livestock, industrial and fishing activities, in the latter case in relation to catches. carried out in its fishing and aquaculture area.

   The percentage will increase to 25% in the tax periods in which, in addition to meeting the employment maintenance requirement, there is an increase in the average workforce of no less than one with respect to the average workforce of the previous tax period and said increase will be maintain for at least a period of three years from the end date of the tax period in which this increased bonus is applied.

2. Requirements and conditions

   • That taxpayers determine the returns by the direct estimation method.

   • That the average workforce of the entity in said period is not less than the average workforce corresponding to the twelve months prior to the beginning of the first tax period in which the regime takes effect.

   • This bonus will not be applicable to income derived from the sale of tangible assets produced in the Balearic Islands related to shipbuilding activities, synthetic fibers, the automobile industry, the steel industry and the coal industry.

Completion

The completion will be done in box 0508 of section M of the declaration "Calculation of the tax and result of the declaration" recording the r reduced net returns derived from the sale of tangible assets obtained in the Balearic Islands

If there has been an increase in the average workforce of no less than one compared to the average workforce in 2022, the box enabled for this purpose will be checked.
