1.1. Objective of the tool

The tool “Service for processing form 036 (WEB Census) for individuals (Initial registration, Deregistration or Change of address)"Its main purpose is to facilitate the electronic submission of Form 036 by taxpayers, in cases of registration in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholding agents.

It is addressed to natural persons residing in Spain that they start one or more economic activities that involve the delivery of goods or provision of services in the Peninsula or the Balearic Islands.

The purpose of this tool is to simplify and guide the user through the entire process of completing the form, facilitating the inclusion of personal data, a description of their economic activity, and the identification of their tax obligations arising from starting the business. This step-by-step assistance also helps reduce common submission errors, improving the quality of the information provided and reducing the need for subsequent corrections.  

This help service does not contemplate, for the moment, its use by people who are already registered in the Census of Businessmen, Professionals and Withholders to register registration in new economic activities.

Besides, Yeah the taxpayer is already registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholding agents, the tool also allows you transact the decline in the census, as well as modify address information and indicate whether you have registered or deregistered as a limited liability entrepreneur.
