1.2 Who is it addressed to?

The tool “Service for processing form 036 (WEB Census) for individuals (Initial registration, Deregistration or Change of address)" is aimed at individuals residing in Spain who:

• Are going to start one or more economic activities and must register in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholding agents.

• Are already registered in the census and wish to change your tax address, address for receiving notifications or administrative management, or to register or deregister as a limited liability entrepreneur.

• They want to process the low in the census.

In addition, this version of the tool not available in the following cases:

• The taxpayer is a artificial person (companies, entities without legal personality…).

• This is a retail trade that makes sales outside of Spain (for example, via the Internet).

• Combination of agricultural, livestock, forestry or fishing activity with other activities as services, jobs or accessory activities, transformation or production of products that require theregistration in a specific activity section.

• Residents in the Basque Country and Navarre that satisfy returns for which they have to practice withholdings and payments on account in common territory.

In these specific cases, Form 036 must be submitted using the general procedure available on the Electronic Office. "Form 036. Census declaration of registration, modification and cancellation."

Also, for technical reasons, if you have recently submitted a census declaration (form 036) that has not been processed, Censos WEB cannot be used.
