3.1. Main elements

By accessing the “Service for processing form 036 (WEB Census) for individuals (Initial registration, Deregistration or Change of address), the user will see a welcome screen which provides an overview of how it works. This screen includes a advance directive notice and a button “Continue” to start the form.

The application is composed of multiple tabs corresponding to the different concepts of the model: “Identification Data”, “Addresses”, “Representatives”, “Activities”, “Previous Questions”, “Applicable Regimes”, “Withholdings and Payments on Account”, “Other Taxes”, “Intra-Community Trade”.

The user will be able to select to advance in completing the form.

If the user is already registered in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals, and Withholding Taxpayers, they will only be able to opt out of the census or modify their address, with the following screen appearing:
